Refund Policy for Express, Create, Heal's ECH Alliance and Training Courses

  1. Non-Refundable Memberships and Trainings:

    • All memberships to the ECH Alliance and enrollments in our training courses are nonrefundable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for the refund request, including but not limited to personal circumstances, changes in schedule, or dissatisfaction with the content.

  2. Membership Cancellations:

    • Members may cancel their ECH Alliance membership at any time. However, please note that cancellations will not result in a refund of any kind. Access to membership benefits and resources will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  3. Training Course Cancellations:

    • Participants may choose to cancel their enrollment in any training course. While we regret that we cannot offer refunds, we encourage participants to complete the course to gain the full benefit of the content provided.

  4. Course Substitutions:

    • We may offer the option to transfer your enrollment to another course of equal value, subject to availability and approval. Please contact our support team for assistance with rescheduling or substitutions.

  5. Exceptional Circumstances:

    • While our general policy is to offer no refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Requests for exceptions to the refund policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Express, Create, Heal. Please submit any such requests in writing to our support team.
